Cooking Ingredients for Apple Tapioca Recipe

1/2 c Pearl tapioca
2 c Water
6 Apples; peeled and cored
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter

Apple Tapioca Preparation

Soak tapioca according to box and then drain. Bring water to a boil and add tapioca. Boil until clear and thick, stirring often. Cut apples into eighths and place in a 8×8 casserole. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Pour hot tapioca over all. Bake 1/2 hour at 350o or until apples are done.
