Low-Cholesterol Popovers Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Oil muffin tins and preheat. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat with a rotary beater or wire wisk just until smooth. Pour the batter into the hot muffin tins.
