8 Boneless pork steaks
1-1/2 tb Oil
1 tb Medium-dry sherry
1 Clove garlic
Salt and freshly-ground

Pan-Fried Sherry Pork Preparation

Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork steaks until browned on both sides. Add in garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- ground pepper.
