Add chicken livers and cook over brisk flame for 5 minutes, or until livers are browned. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add Beurre Manie and continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Meanwhile, make omelet as in Basic French Omelet. Before folding it, place liver mixture in center.
