Cooking Ingredients for Peaches and Cream Pie 2 Recipe

1 ts Baking powder
3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 pk Vanilla pudding (3 oz size);
-(not instant)
3 tb Margarine; melted
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2 c Fresh milk
1 pk Cream cheese (8 oz size);
2 tb Peach syrup
1 cn Sliced peaches; drained
1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon & sugar

Peaches and Cream Pie 2 Preparation

Mix baking powder, flour, salt, vanilla pudding, melted margarine, egg and fresh milk together. This will be the first layer. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Arrange peach slices on top of first layer. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and peach syrup together. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of peaches.
