Cooking Ingredients for Stir-Fried Veggies Recipe

1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 Red pepper; cut in strips
1 c Celery hearts; sliced
1 bn Asparagus; diagonally sliced
1 Zucchini; thinly sliced
1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced
3/4 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Dried basil and thyme leaves
1/4 ts Coarsely ground black pepper

Stir-Fried Veggies Preparation

In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add red pepper, celery and asparagus. Stir fry about 3 minutes. Add zucchini, mushrooms and seasonings. Use more butter, if necessary.
