Cooking Ingredients for Smoked Seafood Salad Recipe

110 g Smoked salmon – cut in
110 g Smoked trout – cut in strips
110 g Flavored smoked mackerel –
-cut in strips
Selection of lettuce leaves
Fresh fruits – to include
-grapes; nectarines and
; melon
Chopped chives
3 tb Olive oil
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Chopped chives
Salt and pepper

Smoked Seafood Salad Preparation
