Cooking Ingredients for Pineapple Dessert 2 Recipe
2 c Sugar
1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained
1 c Butter
1/2 c Nutmeats
Pineapple Dessert 2 Preparation
Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time and beat untill fluffy. Fold in the drained pineapple and the nutmeats (walnuts pecans etc – your choice). Line an 8 x 8 cake pan with graham cracker crumbs, then add alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and cherries on individual pieces.
