Other fruit (sliced banana;
-berries; oranges – whatever
-comes to your mind)
Yoghurt and/or milk
Coarsely ground hazelnuts
-(if you like it chewy)
1 tb Sugar

Birchermuesli #3 Preparation

Blend all together, let soak for 1/2 to 3 hours (depends on how you like the oat); sweeten as you like it – the less sugar, the more healthy. You see, it is a rather Pi.times.wrist recipe, but that”s the way B.muesly is done nowadays. I will find out the original (as recommended by MD.
