Cooking Ingredients for Brownie Marble Cheesecake Recipe
8 oz Brownie mix
16 oz Fat-free cream cheese -
Softened
1 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 Egg whites – whipped
1 c Chocolate chips – melted
Brownie Marble Cheesecake Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9 pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare brownie mix, follow directions on box. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg whites. Pour over brownie layer. Spoon melted chocolate over cream cheese mixture. Cut through chocolate mixture and cheese mixture several times to achieve a marble effect. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set. Recipe By : Anita A. Matejka
