1/4 c Maui onion; finely minced
2 tb Fresh chives; chopped
1/4 c Carrot; finely shredded
2 tb Roasted peppers; finely
-chopped
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1 pk (6 oz) frozen crab meat;
-cooked, drained

Crab Filling for Mini Cream Puffs Preparation

Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion. Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well. Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
