70 g Dark brown sugar; (2 1/2oz)
119 g Cooking oats; (4oz)

Flapjacks (Simply Baking) Preparation
Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in pan. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats, salt and mixed spice. Spoon the mixture into an 8 inch prepared tin.
