1/4 c Butter
2 ts Lemon juice
2 Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tb Half and half
1/2 ts Drv mustard

Artichokes Dunks (Continued) Preparation

Place butter in a 2 cup measure. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Add lemon juice and egg yolks. Blend well. Beat in half and half and mustard.
