2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Finely shredded lemon peel

Herbed Lamb with Apples Preparation

1 x 3 1/2 lb leg of lamb, sirloin half, boned and butterflied 4 x small apples, cored and sliced crosswise into 1/2 rings For marinade, stir together apple juice, lemon peel, lemon juice, honey, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
