Veggamole Preparation

Yields 2 cups Here is a low-fat alternative to traditional guacamole Over high heat, bring pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli; cook until tender 6 to 7 min. and drain, or microwave, covered, for 4 min. until tender. In a food processor, combine broccoli, lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; stir in tomato, green chilies, and onion. Chill until ready to serve.
