2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Water
6 Eggs
1 pn Salt
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 pt Whipped cream
1 cn Flaked coconut
2 pk Frozen raspberries; thawed

Bride s Pudding Preparation

From: (Roberta Banghart) Date: Wed, 03 Jul 1996 15:10:09 -0400 Recipe By: Recipe from The Nantucket Diet Murders by Virginia Rich Soften gelatin in water. Whip egg whites to a froth with a pinch of salt, then until peaks form. Slowly mix in gelatin, and vanilla being sure that it is well mixed. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Butter a springform pan. Press most of the coconut onto sides and bottom of pan. Pour in whipped cream mixture. Top with rest of coconut. Chill for 4-5 hours until completely set. Unmold on large palte and dribble with berries, placing more around edges. Serve immediately. MC-Recipe Digest V1 #138 From the MasterCook recipe list.
