1-1/2 c Oatmeal
1 ts Ginger, powder
1/4 lb Butter, unsalted
1/3 c Sugar, brown, dark
1/4 ts Baking soda

How to easily cook Free Recipe: AUSTRALIAN JACK
Cream the butter; add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Dissolve the baking soda in the water and add, stirring well. Add the oatmeal and ginger, mixing well. The mixture should be fairly firm. If necessary, add a little more oatmeal. Knead lightly on a floured surface. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Press the mixture in a buttered baking dish, about 8 x 12 inches. The dough should be about 1/2 inch thick. Bake in the 300 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until brown on top. Cut into squares while hot. How to easily cook Free Recipe: BANANA PUFFS
Mash bananas with 100 g of castor sugar and lemon juice, add flour and mix to a thick paste. Heat oil in a small pan to smoking point, then turn heat to low. Use 2 teaspoons to push one teaspoon of dough into the oil, doing no more than 6 at a time. Turn puffs over and keep turning for 2 minutes. Combine cream, condensed milk cocoa and water in a large bowl; beat with electric mixer until thick. Spoon into a 15cm x 25cm loaf pan; cover. ze until frozen. Place cooking chocolate and copha in a bowl. Stand bowl in a pan of simmering water, stir until smooth; cool slightly. Place scoops of icecream in cones; dip into chocolate mixture. How to easily cook Free Recipe: FRUITY SEAFOOD
Melt butter in saucepan, saute apple and shallots until soft. Add curry powder and cook for a minute longer. Stir in flour, add apple juice. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add salt and dill, simmer for 5 minutes. Add prawns and scallops, cook until almost tender, add banana 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Stir in cream, heat through. Serve with fluffy or fragrant rice. NB In this as in many recipes I use evaporated skim milk in lieu of the cream, and thicken if necessary. Better for the arteries, with no great compromise in taste or texture.
