Make sure all of the mussels are clean,beards removed and alive.Put all 10 pounds into a large pot.Add the red bell peppers,green bell peppers,onion, garlic and beer.Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat.Continue to cook until all of the shells are open.Approx 15 min.Discard those that do not open.Serve in a bowl and sprinkle OZO or PERNOD over the top.Garnish with parsley.Serve with the hot butter as a dipping sauce.
