Cook bacon in large skillet until not quite crisp. Reserve 2 T. bacon fat in pan. Drain and reserve bacon. Add onions and cabbage to fat in pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add bacon and cook for 1 minute more. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, sugar, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds. Pour over cabbage. Heat well.
