Combine chocolate chips and milk in large bowl and cover loosely. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on High. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. Add bourbon and orange extract; mix well. Grease an 8 inch square pan and sprinkle bottom of pan with almonds. Pour mixture in pan; let stand until firm or chill in refrigerator.

2 c shredded cheddar : cheese (1/2 lb.) 1 c butter (2 sticks) : 1/2 c cocoa 1 1/2 lb confectioners sugar 1 1/2 c nonfat dry milk (1/2 lb.) : 1/2 tb vanilla Have all ingredients at room temperature: combine in large mixing bowl. Beat until creamy ( it may be necessary to moisten mixture with 1/4 c. whole milk). Put in buttered 9 square pan; chill. When firm, cut into 64 squares. Makes about 3 1/2 lbs. How to easily cook Free Recipe: CREAMY FIRST-DOWN FUDGE

Preheat oven to 375”F. Line 9 square pan with aluminum foil. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes. Cool. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt Hershey’’s Chocolate Chips with Eagle brand and vanilla. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread over prepared crust. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge from pan onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator. Prep time: 15 minutes.

Put the sugar, milk and margarine into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stirring continuously, boil for 10 minutes. Place the chocolate chips, baking chocolate, vanilla and fluff into a large bowl. Pour the sugar mixture over it and stir. The heat of the sugar mixture will melt the other ingredients. Add the walnuts and pour into a greased pan. A large cookie sheet lined with foil works well. Keep in the refrigerator.

Butter or foil-line 8-inch square pan. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minutes or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour into pan.
